Q: How does check out work?
A: All orders made through my website go through the Etsy Marketplace. This means once you hit “check out” you will be redirected to Etsy to complete your purchase.
Q: When can I expect my package? Can I purchase faster shipping?
A: I aim to ship all my ready-to-ship jewelry within 3 days of receiving an order. Made-to-order items are shipped within 1.5 weeks, due to the time it takes to make the piece.
I use USPS Ground Advantage which has a shipping time of 2-5 days. I am not responsible for delays due to the postal system.
You may purchase faster shipping. Please send me a message before placing your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase* for whatever reason, I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
*I do not accept returns on commissions or earrings.
Q: Do you take commissions? How do they work? Can you make jewelry with stones from my own collection?
A: Yes! All commissions start with a message. Please send me a message with all relevant information to start the process. We can discuss the design, turn around time, and pricing and go from there. All commissions must stay within my general style. I do not accept returns on commissions due to the time and materials that go into the process. I also do not accept coupons or promo codes on commissions. Custom listings must be purchased before I begin to work on the piece.
I can make jewelry with stones from your own collection, but it is dependent on the stone type and cut. Please message me to inquire!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: I ship internationally to select countries. I do not accept returns or refunds on any international orders, excluding Canada. The countries I currently ship to are: Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, and Singapore. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Q: I really like a ring in your shop, but it isn't my size. What are my options?
A: Depending on the style and stone type, I may be able to resize the ring for you. Please send me a message before purchasing to inquire about resizing. If I have more of the stone type on hand, I would be more than happy to recreate the ring in your size for you if it can’t be resized!
I also offer 1/4 and 3/4 sizes. Please leave a note on your order for any listings with size drop down boxes.
If you have already purchased a ring and it doesn't fit, please send me a message. As said above, resizes are dependent on the setting style and stone type. To and from postage is to be covered by the buyer.
Q: What kind of metal is used? Is it nickel free? How should I care for it?
Yes, all my jewelry is nickel free! Each piece is made with Sterling Silver (.925). I will occasionally use jeweler's brass, which is also nickel free.
In addition to this, if you have sensitive ears you are more than welcome to message me to discuss swapping silver ear wires with pure titanium. This option is available on hoop style earrings.
Silver care: regularly wipe your jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth. Store in a cool and dry place, preferably in sealed bags. Take off before showering, swimming, sweating, or engaging in any strenuous physical activities where the pieces can be banged around. The harsh chemicals in soaps, pools, and even your sweat can damage the metal and cause it to tarnish or become brittle.
Q: What is your repair policy?
A: I offer repairs due to normal wear and tear and production issues. I offer repairs due to production issues free of charge within 1 year of purchase.
